Annette Peadro, BCBA, Director/Owner
Annette received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management from University of West Florida 1982 and her Master's degree in Education from UWF in 1994. She taught in the Okaloosa County School District concentrating on children with developmental disabilities and retired in 2013. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013 and began working at Development and Behavior Solutions LLC that same year. The opportunity presented itself for her to become the Owner/Director of the Clinic in March of 2015. She continues to actively provide her skills in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Maggie graduated from the University of West Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. Maggie has been working in the field of ABA for more than 3 years. She is currently working to complete her Master's degree from UWF in Exceptional Student Education with a focus in ABA. Afterwards she plans to complete the Board Certified Behavior Analysis certification.
Aicha Bartley, RBT
Aicha received her AA degree in Child Development from LaGuardia Community College of the City University of New York in 1990. She has worked in the Child Care and Development field for over 25 years. She has continued with her education and has received her ceritifcation to teach Children with Special Needs and Young Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
